Sophia is a versatile and talented young actress. She was born into a Spanish family and speaks the language fluently. Sophia started acting at a young age when she landed her first role as the lead in a stage production of Annie. Since then she has appeared in numerous musicals and plays with various fringe and theatre groups, and has successfully crossed over into film and television. After gaining valuable experience within the industry, Sophia has established a reputation as a talented and dedicated actress. Recently, the feature film The Zombie Diaries was released worldwide and the films The Providence Tape, Seeing is Believing and Requiem Recurring will be screened at various film festivals. Additionally, the short film Mascara in which Sophia plays the lead role, recently won Best Film Under 5 Mins. In 2008, Sophia will be playing the lead in the new comedy play Valentine: The Quintessential Vampire, which previews in London before a run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
